At Whiskey One Medical Supply Co., we believe getting your gear to you quickly and without hassle is part of the mission. That's why we offer free shipping on every order and commit to getting your kit out the door fast.

Free Shipping — Always

We cover 100% of shipping costs on every order, every time. No minimum purchase required, no codes to enter, no fine print. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Processing Time

Every order is processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Orders placed on Sunday or the day before a federal holiday will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage delivery timeframes vary by destination. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 2–5 business days after your order ships. These are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.

Whiskey One Medical Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, delivery is subject to their policies and timelines.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at usps.com or through the USPS mobile app. If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the United States and are interested in our products, please contact us directly and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check around your delivery location and with neighbors
  2. Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number
  3. Allow 2 additional business days, as packages are occasionally marked delivered prematurely

If your package is confirmed lost by USPS, contact us at the information below and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at the email below. We will do our best to intercept the shipment, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed. Whiskey One Medical Supply Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
