The Story

Whiskey One Medical Supply Co. was founded by a former U.S. Army Combat Medic with 37 months of overseas experience. After years of working with standard-issue IFAKs — and knowing firsthand where they fall short — the decision was made to build something better.

Not better in a marketing sense. Better in the sense that matters: the kind of kit you'd actually want on your body when things go wrong.

Every bag we design, every component we select, and every kit we pack starts from the same question: would I trust this with my life, or the life of someone next to me? If the answer isn't an immediate yes, it doesn't make it into our lineup.

Why We Exist

Standard IFAKs are designed around the minimum viable intervention. They're built to a price point, assembled by people who've never had to use one under pressure, and loaded with components that look good on a spec sheet but fall short in the field.

We built Whiskey One to fix that.

Every kit we sell is COTCCC-informed — built around the data on what actually kills people in penetrating trauma scenarios: 60% extremity bleeding, 33% tension pneumothorax, 6% airway obstruction. Our loadouts are designed around those numbers, not around what's cheapest to include.

Every component we use is name-brand, new, sealed, and unexpired. No filler. No off-brand substitutions. No compromises.

And every bag we build is constructed from materials that belong in the field — 1000D or 500D Cordura®, YKK zippers, laser-cut MOLLE, high-grade Velcro. No nylon. No low-grade materials. Nothing that will fail you when you need it most.

The Mission Behind the Mission

This work doesn't stop at the website.

Once a year, our founder travels to Ukraine to teach combat medicine — funded out of pocket, one month at a time. A portion of every sale made through Whiskey One Medical Supply Co. goes directly toward funding that trip and the instruction it makes possible.
