Refund policy
At Whiskey One Medical Supply Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Because our products are medical and safety supplies, we maintain strict standards around returns to ensure that every customer receives gear that is fully intact, uncompromised, and ready for use when it matters most.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened and unused in its original, factory-sealed packaging
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
- The item must be free from damage, tampering, or signs of use
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included
Items that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Any item that has been opened, unsealed, or removed from original packaging
- Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or handling beyond inspection
- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Custom or specially configured kit orders
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us before shipping anything back:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right at no cost to you — including a full replacement or refund and a prepaid return label if the item needs to come back to us.
